About the house

The house is situated in the 'Playas del Pradillo' which lies on the outskirts of the village, right beside the beautiful sandy beach. There are two hotels nearby (one just at the end of the road) and the village centre is an easy five minute walk away.

The house has 3 floors, with an attractive tiled staircase linking each floor. It is light and comfortable. Here is a detailed look at the house, complete with pictures (click them to enlarge).

Outside space at ground level

Sheltered patio area at the front of the house with table and chairs [below]. There is also a small paved area at the back with a washing line.

The ground floor

Lounge/dining area with TV and CD player [below right]. There is a fully equipped kitchen area with oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is also a downstairs toilet with washbasin.

First floor

Bedroom 1: Double bed, fitted cupboard and sea views
Bedroom 2: twin beds, fitted cupboard [below left]
Bathroom with washbasin, shower, bath and bidet [below right]

Top Floor

The top floor features two terraces, one at the front and one at the back, so there is plenty of opportunity for both sun and shade making the house ideal for the weather. There are sea views from both terraces, and on a clear day the coast of Morocco is visible from the front terrace! There is also a sleeping area with doors leading on to both terraces. [below right]
